Returns are at the customer’s expense, except for defective items or shipping errors on our end. Fill in the form below and we’ll send you the address and next steps.

How it works

  2. 02

    You’ll get the shipping address and instructions in the next screen.

  3. 03

    Send the piece our way — any courier, or even hand-delivery if it’s easier for you.

  4. 04

    Email us the photo of the shipping receipt so we can track it. Once we receive it and check it’s in perfect condition, we process the refund.
